Your booking page carries a small VoM Flow badge. Remove it for good with a single payment of 50 SAR.

Payments you record at the desk, in cash or by transfer, carry no processing fee.

No. Prices are shown before VAT, and 15% VAT is added to every charge. You receive a tax invoice for each one.
You pay only for the days left until your renewal date, so a branch added six months in costs about half the yearly price. From then on it renews with your subscription. Removing a branch later does not refund the part of the year already paid for.
No. The price is per venue, not per booking, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one. Online payments carry a processing fee, which is taken from each payment and never added to the price your customer sees.
You are reminded 30, 7 and 1 days before. On the end date your saved card is charged and the next year starts. If the charge fails it is tried again and you keep working meanwhile. If the subscription is not renewed, the Dashboard becomes read-only and the booking page stops taking new bookings, while your data, existing bookings and invoices stay where they are.
Booking confirmations, reminders, waitlist offers and the one-time codes customers use to sign in. Each message comes out of your balance. You start with 100 credits and top up in packs when you need more.
Card is the usual way, because it lets the subscription renew by itself. If your company can only pay by transfer, contact us and we will arrange it.
